  • 2 cups Basmati Rice (soaked 30 min)
  • 1 cup Yogurt (Curd)
  • Onion, Tomato, Green Chilies
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Biryani Masala, Turmeric, Chili Powder, Salt
  • Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves
  • Oil + Ghee, Mint & Coriander

👩‍🍳 Cooking Steps

Step 1️⃣: Marinate the Chicken

Marination Photo Mix chicken with yogurt, spices, ginger-garlic paste, lemon, and salt. Rest for 30 minutes.

Step 2️⃣: Cook the Rice 70%
